Candle Disclaimer
All of our candles come with a disclaimer on the bottom. "Failure to follow instructions could result in fire hazard, injury, or smoke damage. Keep wax free of matches, wick trimmings, or other flammable materials. Keep wick centered and trimmed to 1/4" to prevent smoking and soot build up on container or other items. Burn only on stable heat resistant surfaces for no more than 4 hours at a time. Keep our of drafts. Discontinue use when only 1/2" of wax remains in the bottom. Do not move candle when burning or if wax is hot. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended."
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. We also offer free delivery for local shoppers within 25 km of our business.
Why is Candle Care important?
The very first burn will indicate how your candle will burn moving forward. Our candles can take anywhere from 3-5 hours to melt the entire diameter. A great rule of thumb is a candle should burn 1 inch for every inch of diameter your candle has on the first burn. Once you are finished extinguish the flames and let the soy harden without placing the lid on. Soy can be very sensitive to temperature changes and thus causing it to harden unevenly.
Special Note About Soy Wax
Our candles are 100% soy wax and have zero additives. Once extinguished the wax after your first burn can sometimes appear uneven or rough once the wax hardens. This is normal for soy wax candles and will have no impact on how our candles smell or perform once you burn again.
How long are shipping times?
It depends on where you are. We restock our candles weekly and orders processed here will take 2 days and 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. All of our candles are made in house so we try to get all orders out as fast as possible but do run into longer lead times.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. Due to the nature of our products we ask that any returned candles are not used before returning. If you receive your product and are not happy please e-mail us directly and we will work to rectify the issue.
